Artwork Credit

Do we need to pay for the Artwork Credit? Yes. Your starting at investment is the total amount that is due for the session. A portion of the investment is used to cover the session fees and the remaining balance (below the starting at) is your credit to use towards the purchase of Artwork.

What do we do with the Artwork Credit? The credit is used to purchase from our Artwork Collection. For example, Albums, Prints, Metal Prints, Acrylic Blocks and a few other items. We understand the importance of having physical images printed and on display. We allow our clients to build their own collection based on their needs.

Are digital images included with our Artwork Credit? Yes. Each image that is selected for print (album, canvas, metal print, etc.), we send you home with the digital copy of that image as well. As an example, in an album, you can have up to 40 images, those 40 images would be included as your digital images.

Can we purchase digital images separately? No, unfortunately, we no longer offer the option to purchase digital images. This is why we offer the Artwork Credit.

How long do we have to make the selection? During your ordering session, we go through each of the images to customize your Artwork. You are always able to add onto your order, however, if the Artwork Credit is no longer available (used), we will send an invoice for the remaining amount due. Once the invoice is paid, we will proceed with completing the order.

How long will you hold onto the images from the session? We hold onto the images from the session for up to 30 days. Once 30 days has passed, the images are archived. As they go into the archival process, it is $50 charge for each session to retrieve the images.

Session Length

On average, our sessions are 1 hour. With a few exceptions, including the Micro Family Session (15-20 minutes), the Senior Experience Sessions (2-3 hours), and the Newborn Session (1-2 hours). When we schedule your session, we go through all the details including what to expect.
